DailyCandy Scout was cited as a mobile application adapting itself for commerce at the Think Commerce Summit advertising conference. The NBC Universal-owned Daily Candy app uses crowdsourcing and curated content. "If you just look at e-commerce as a standalone business within a broadcaster like us, I don't think it's a great deal. If you look at it as a gateway to create a larger, addressable relationship with your listeners, it has high value," Entercom's Tim Murphy said.
