Judge allows Wash. port to evict unfinished biofuel plant

A judge in Washington state has approved a request by the Port of Pasco to evict the unfinished Green Power biofuel plant for failure to pay rent. The company owes the port nearly $234,000 in unpaid rent, utility fees and attorney fees, court documents showed.
