NAB: FCC should leave joint sales agreements alone

The Federal Communications Commission would put broadcasters at a disadvantage to MVPDs if the agency were to restrict joint sales agreements as part of changes to ownership regulations, the NAB's Jane Mago, Jerianne Timmerman and Erin Dozier told FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai and his staff. The FCC is considering whether TV outlets taking part in a JSA should be "attributable" to the lead operator.
