Boeing's RFP: Planned 777X plant's cost could reach $10B

Boeing wants to build an assembly plant for its 777X planes. Information from its Request for Proposals indicates the aerospace giant plans to spend as much as $10 billion for the plant, with options for a single facility or two in different locations. A key element to site selection would be availability of transportation links, including rail, road, air and port.
