Mich. students use Vine app to demonstrate Bill of Rights

Educators in a high school in suburban Detroit are using mobile technology to teach students about the Bill of Rights. Students at the school have been tasked with using the social media application Vine to demonstrate their knowledge of the amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Students have only six seconds to create a video about each amendment using their phone or other mobile device.
