Questions remain on final details of Volcker rule, execs say

Executives at major banks said they may need to curtail business in less-liquid markets as a result of the Volcker rule. Regulators have been unusually quiet leading up to the close of the rule-making process, and the executives said they continue to have questions over what kind of market making will be allowed.
