Student engineering competition draws volunteer support from Honeywell

Volunteers from global technology company Honeywell turned their attention to smaller projects recently as they helped students at Madrona Middle School in Torrance, Calif., prepare for an international engineering design competition. The company's Automotive Design Competition involved more than 300 students from seven countries. Students, with Honeywell engineers' help, designed and built a toy car and developed marketing materials for their product.
