Teachers now meet regularly in teams to discuss student data, teaching strategies and potential interventions, and can earn year-end bonuses ranging from $1,500 to $8,000 based on student achievement. "If you're going to teach here, you have to bring your 'A' game every day," principal Brian Conley said.
