Lockheed taps Heath to lead aeronautics unit

Lockheed Martin has named Ralph Heath, who helped improve the company's troubled F/A-22 Raptor program, as chief of its aeronautics unit. The Pentagon will decide in March whether the Raptor will go into full production.
