OECD says Fed, ECB should not cut interest rates

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development is predicting that the global economy will make it through the U.S. housing storm and advised the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank against cutting key interest rates. The Paris-based group said jobs data, corporate profits and increased trade were buffering the world economy.
