Fast Retailing's Yanai revisits lessons from management guru

Fast Retailing founder and President Tadashi Yanai became the richest man in Japan by turning his father's company into Uniqlo, the biggest clothing retailer in Asia. Yanai says Peter Drucker's management strategies inspired success, but in the past year, something went awry. Yanai is revisiting Drucker's lessons to turn Uniqlo's fortunes around.
