FRA awards Delaware a $450,000 rail-study grant

Delaware has received a $450,000 grant from the Federal Railroad Administration to study rail options that would connect with the Northeast Corridor. Delaware is required to match the funds. Design for a passenger-rail connection would be based on the results of the study and a subsequent environmental review.
