Teachers offer alternative to China's competitive schools

China's education system is so competitive that students have experienced high levels of stress and psychological problems. Now, some teachers are calling for a differentiated education system, in which students' differences, talents and abilities are the basis for teaching. Critics say the country's one-size-fits-all approach to teaching will not produce students who can think critically and compete in today's economy.
