Delta lands jet deal with Bombardier worth up to $3.29B

Delta Air Lines has placed a firm order for 40 jets with an option to buy 30 more from Bombardier. The planes are part of Delta's transition to bigger regional jets. The order would carry a price tag of $3.29 billion, though a discount for such a large order could be applied.
