Ohio bill to train, certify exchange "navigators" gets House OK

The Ohio House has passed a bill to set training and certification requirements for health insurance exchange "navigators." The bill would make navigators subject to criminal background checks and specifies that navigators would not be allowed to sell health insurance. The navigators' job will be to help consumers understand and use health insurance marketplaces established under the Affordable Care Act.
