More than two-thirds of workers in Europe and North America pick the mobile devices they use on the job, research shows, but enterprises planning to institute bring-your-own-device policies need to think beyond the simple logistics of making that possible, experts say. According to Forrester analyst Michele Pelino, transitioning to a bring-your-own-device plan requires close collaboration between infrastructure and operations teams and line-of-business decision makers, as well as a long-term plan that details desired goals and outcomes.
