Bratton to return to his old job heading NYPD

New York's mayor-elect, Bill de Blasio, has named William Bratton to head the city's Police Department for the second time. Bratton was appointed police commissioner by then-Mayor Rudolph Giuliani in 1994, and then was forced out two years later. Bratton said he will be a different kind of police commissioner this time.
