Twenty talented up-and-coming chefs in Hong Kong won the opportunity to spend the day with Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse who shared the secrets to his successful culinary career, such as spending time in France to master European cooking and taking the time to master kitchen skills. "The discussion emphasized to me how important it is to focus on practice, cooking skills and the sharing of experience and ideas," said student chef Vicky Yip Pui-ki.
