Roof catches fire during installation of insulated panels at Calif. mall

The roof at The Shops at Napa Center in Napa, Calif., caught fire while a contractor installed about 400 insulated panels during a renovation. Firefighters climbed the building and soaked the insulated roof panels with water and foam. The cause of the fire is under investigation, according to this article.
