Wis. university adopts new policy regulating alcohol service

Under a new policy being implemented next spring at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, alcohol will only be served during university functions when at least two-thirds of an event's attendees are 21 or older. The policy also calls for "responsible employees" -- those who have received special training -- to be onsite. The policy change follows a review of existing policies conducted by faculty, staff and students.
