Today's hot ice cream retail market is not unlike the retail coffee market boom of the last few years, according to Maggie Moo's President and CEO Jonathan Jameson. "Consumers want and demand better quality and are willing to pay for it," Jameson said. Maggie Moo's, Cold Stone Creamery and Marble Slab Creamery are among the chains that will battle for market share.
