Boeing 787 sees strong demand, stays on schedule

Boeing says the 787 remains on schedule for delivery to the airlines in 2008. Boeing has 435 firm orders for the plane, and the continuing demand makes the jetliner "the very strongest product launch in the history of this industry," says Scott Carson, the new head of Boeing's commercial airplanes unit.
