California farm unveils goat milk cheese

La Clarine Farm, a biodynamic farm in San Francisco, has produced its first goat's milk cheese, called Sierra Mountain Tomme. The cheese, available for a limited time, uses raw milk from the farm's herd of goats, allowing farmers total control over the animals' health and natural growth.
