In China, online video market is up for grabs:

Online video sharing network YouTube does not yet have a dedicated China service, possibly because of issues related to the country's stringent censorship rules governing online video content. In the absence of competition from U.S.-based heavyweights, local companies like Youku.com and 56.com are getting in on the action, and attracting attention from venture capitalists.
