CNET unveils "no strings attached" Open Content platform

CNET Networks has rolled out a new service that enables Web publishers to automatically post text and video content from CNET sites through ad-supported widgets. Publishers who use the Open Content Platform are not required to ink complex licensing deals with CNET. "It's an import export relationship with no strings attached," said CNET CEO Neil Ashe.
