Fried, fatty foods top holiday heartburn list

It's a good idea to make a list and check it twice when it comes to things that may aggravate or trigger heartburn this holiday season. Fried and fatty foods, chocolate and peppermint, and citrus fruits and juices could cause acid reflux. Serious or persistent heartburn should warrant a trip to the physician.
