Latino bilingual schools facing possible closure in Wisconsin

Two predominantly Latino bilingual schools in Wisconsin are facing possible closure because of low enrollment and budget concerns. Parents at both schools say they will fight to keep the schools open, which they say are a good fit for their families. "It's more than just providing language," one parent said. "You have to make parents and students feel part of the community. We don't need bilingual programs; we need for the whole school to be bilingual."
