TSA revokes through-the-fence access at Fla. airport

Citing a security threat, the TSA has shut down automatic through-the-fence access to a group of owners with property adjacent to Florida's Punta Gorda Airport. Instead of opening security gates using remote controls, pilots will now have to call the airport's FBO and wait for an available lineman to open the gate as time permits. TSA reportedly decided to crack down after a pilot taxied away from the area before the security had fully closed.
