Wisconsin installs solar panels on Capitol

Wisconsin has begun installing solar panels on its Capitol building in Madison, reflecting the state's commitment to energy efficiency in building standards, said Gov. Jim Doyle. Forty-eight solar panels covering 9,600 square feet will generate nearly 12,000 kilowatt hours of renewable energy per year.
