Health care CIOs plan to increase IT hiring in Q1

A Robert Half Technology survey suggests that 18% of health care CIOs look to augment their IT teams in the first quarter, and that demand for HIT professionals will be particularly strong in the areas of software development, security and networking. In general, "CIOs are reinitiating previously deferred projects and are more willing to invest in augmenting their teams," said Robert Half Technology's executive director.
