Judge OKs settlement over Calif.'s child mental health services

U.S. District Court Judge A. Howard Matz approved Dec. 5 a settlement over the provision of mental health services to foster children and at-risk children covered by Medi-Cal. Under the terms of the settlement agreement, California should offer intensive home-based services and intensive care coordination to some Medicaid-covered children.
