Small businesses can start small and build and expand effective wellness plans as they grow, experts say. The Williamson Group in Ontario has 65 employees and has built a wellness program over the years that now includes incentives for running and walking, health screenings, smoking cessation aid, and free fresh fruits and vegetables for employees.
