Survey: More children adopt healthy behaviors in Maine city

A telephone survey of about 800 parents in Portland, Maine, this year found that 31% of children had adopted at least three of the 5-2-1-0 behaviors from the "Let's Go!" program, compared with 22% in 2007. Researchers found that 26% of the respondents said their children consumed the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables, compared with 16% in 2007.
