Wash. elementary-school students make healthier lunch choices

Cooking from scratch using fresh ingredients has made a difference in what students at Sunset Elementary School in Airway Heights, Wash., choose to eat for lunch. Brian Levy, director of the grant-supported program, says teaching children about food is important and that while students were "a little taken aback at first," they now are eating broccoli and cauliflower.
