Aggressive behavior among the youngest students in the country's elementary schools is on the rise, an alarming trend fueled, experts say, by exposure to too much violent media and relentless testing pressures. This year, Philadelphia schools have already reported 19 incidents of weapons possession and 42 assaults for children in kindergarten or first grade.
