Lockheed given antitrust go-ahead on Titan acquisition

Lockheed Martin's plans to acquire Titan Corp. in early 2004 got the go-ahead from antitrust regulators, the aerospace manufacturer said today. Lockheed expects the $1.8 billion purchase to enhance its ability to offer information technology to federal agencies.
