Time Warner chief: AOL to make $1 billion in ad revenues in 2004

America Online is slated to generate about $1 billion in ad revenues this year, up 33% from 2003, according to parent company Time Warner's CEO Richard Parsons. The revenues come from cost-per-click, pay-for-performance and brand advertising, as well as from AOL Europe, said Mike Kelly, president of AOL Media Networks.
