Wall Street speculates on J&J's next heart device move

Boston Scientific's bid over Johnson & Johnson this week for heart device maker Guidant may send J&J looking elsewhere to enter the pacemaker market. Some Wall Street analysts speculate there's only a 50-50 chance that J&J will raise its bid for Guidant, and that the company may instead turn its eyes to St. Jude Medical, of St. Paul, Minn.
