12 U.S. chefs named Bocuse d'Or finalists

The 12 chefs who will compete for the chance to represent the U.S. in the annual and prestigious Bocuse d'Or International Culinary Competition have been named. They will compete Feb. 6 at the CIA to see which ones will go on to cook against teams from 23 other nations in the 2011 event in Lyon, France.
