California rail line runs over budget, behind schedule

An 8.6-mile rail line that will run between Los Angeles and Culver City, Calif., is now $220 million over budget. Officials say the Expo Line -- with a cost now of $862 million -- could experience additional delays and costs, but they still hope to open a portion of the line next year. The project is one year behind schedule.
