CBP nabs rape suspect at Washington Dulles

An 18-year-old man will face rape charges in Pennsylvania after being detained by Customs and Border Protection officers at Washington Dulles International Airport. Branden Frazier was singled out for secondary inspection after his name turned up on the manifest of a flight from Frankfurt, Germany. CBP confirmed his identity and turned him over to local law enforcement for extradition. CBP's port director for Washington said his agency took "great pride" in identifying fugitives attempting to enter the U.S. "We know precisely who is attempting entry to the U.S. and can vet them prior to their arrival," he noted.
