Continental Airlines is flying high after mobile campaign

A mobile-ad initiative for Continental Airlines last summer generated a 60% jump in consumer knowledge of a discount-fare offer, according to this article. The effort, a joint project of Jumptap and Mediavest Worldwide, used targeted banner ads to reach smartphone users ages 25 to 54 with household income of $100,000-plus who had taken business trips in the past 90 days.
