KFC seeks to expand in Africa

KFC plans to double the number of its restaurants in Africa to 1,200 in the next four years, said parent Yum! Brands. The chain opened its first KFC in South Africa in 1971 and is branching out to more African countries as governments stabilize and the continent's middle class expands.
