California hospital shines when it comes to serving healthy meals

The cafeteria at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, Calif., won accolades from UCLA and Rand Corp. researchers after they found that only 7% of entrees sold in state hospitals can be considered healthy. UCD Medical Center bucks the trend by identifying low-sodium foods and using healthy staples such as whole-grain bread.
