Former editor at General Aviation News dies after heart surgery

Former General Aviation News Senior Editor Capt. Thomas French Norton died at 77 last week after complications from heart surgery. Norton spent 31 years flying for the Naval Reserve under the call sign "Mongoose" before joining Flyer Media in 2001. He also edited The Southern Aviator and wrote for General Aviation News.
