Va. governor wants state to control HIE if health care law stands

Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell said he doesn't want to take action on a state-run health insurance exchange until the U.S. Supreme Court decides on the health care law's constitutionality. But if the law is upheld, the state should control its exchange, McDonnell said. "Any major expense prior to the court decision is irresponsible and a waste of money," he said.
