Analyst: Hotel sector on the upswing, now a "wonderful" time to buy

Rising room rates show the hotel sector is making a fast recovery from one of its worst slumps ever, but expenses such as payroll costs are also growing, R. Mark Woodworth, executive managing director of PKF Consulting's Hospitality Research Group said in a Wall Street Journal interview. Woodworth said chances are good that the industry will fall into its previous development patterns, but now is a "wonderful" time to buy.
