Tensions spark brawl at school hosting Katrina students

Houston's Westbury High School has beefed up its security force and counselors, following a nasty brawl between local students and Katrina evacuees Wednesday that resulted in the arrest of 27 teenagers. District officials note, however, that with all disciplinary incidents down 12% this year, compared with last, the integration of hurricane-displaced students has for the most part gone well.
