Mass. will commit stimulus funds before deadline

Massachusetts received $437 million in stimulus funds but has been criticized for spending it too slowly. However, the state will commit all of its highway funds before the March deadline, Gov. Deval Patrick said. State officials say they have identified 28 road projects worth $212 million that will start in the next few months.
