Russia expects completion of advanced missile systems by 2016

Russia's commander of Strategic Missile Forces says the country will complete its development of advanced missile systems by 2016, with the stockpile then including 80% new missiles and 20% of existing missile systems with extended service life. The missile group will be made up of two components -- long-endurance missile systems and standby stationary missile systems with a high level of combat readiness.
